The reputation is well earned. Bill Utz began building Marylanders homes more than 30 years ago and decided he was going to do things differently. As veteran and a former air force pilot, and with a family of his own, Bill had already developed the skills of integrity, hard work, and attention to detail that would lead to his success building homes.

Those critical skills were also instilled in his son Todd . has been working in construction for more than two decades and by working with by his father’s side Todd has been able to carry on the family tradition of excellence and personal attention. He still meets with the homeowners to ensure that their brand new Utz Enterprises home is all they had dreamt.
